This spot has been on our radar to come back to for quite some time. We originally visited a couple of years ago and were thrilled about the Scallion Pancake Bacon Egg & Cheese, but we forgot how good the Fan Tuan was. It’s small but packs a big punch, and we loved it.
You’re kind of obligated to get the BEC, which we recommend splitting. Sauce on the side takes it to the next level - you’re going to want to use it on every bite.
We got the Mochi Donut previously but decided to skip a sweet item and get another savory one instead - and boy, am I glad we did. The Mortadella Sandwich with Raclette, Eggs, and Pickled Pepperoncini was a revelation.
Win Son Bakery is very popular, especially on weekends, so expect a bit of a wait, about 10-15 minutes in line to order at the counter, and then another 10-15 minutes for your food to come out. If you want to cut down on your wait, get there before 10am.
Enjoy this one; they serve up fantastic food, and the space gives off a diner-like vibe. Let me know what you think!
