Talk about high quality Greek food. We had family visiting town for the weekend and this was one of those splurge meals that we finally had an excuse to visit. I was highly impressed with both the service and food, and would gladly recommend this spot to anyone. Here are the best things we ordered:
Skordalia - traditional garlic dip spread
Grilled Octopus - fava, roasted peppers, onions, capers
Lamb Shank Youvetsi - slowly braised lamb shank in tomato sauce, orzo, mizithra
We typically stick to ordering a bunch of items off of the appetizer menu when we visit Greek restaurants. I personally find that the best foods are sharable, and Greek food lends itself well to that experience. One quick note - this meal was a little pricey, so just something keep that in mind, but I would come back in a heartbeat. If you find yourself in Tribeca for an evening, this should be on your list!
How to Get a Reservation
Visit their website or hit up Resy to grab a reservation. There are typically reservations available week-of, but give yourself a week or so if you’re planning to visit on a weekend. You can always chance it and walk up to try to grab a spot at the bar too.
