We’ve dined at Le Crocodile once before and it was one of the best dinners we had that year. The second time around, it still holds true. Everything we ordered on the menu was fantastic, the service was attentive and the desserts…just wow. Our standout dish of the night was the Burgundy Duck Breast with Pear and Pancetta, but we would recommend all of the following dishes that hit our table that night:
Chicken Liver Pâte
Frisée Salad with Poached Egg and Smoked Eel
Garganelli à la Bolognaise
Sticky Banana Date Pudding - if you get a dessert, make it this one
Cheesecake with Fig and Honey
Cocktail-wise, don’t sleep on the Martini. It’s made with Amalfi Coast Gin, Cucumber Botanical Vodka, Dry Vermouth and Lemon Oil. Very unique and, in my wife’s opinion, the best Martini she’s ever had.
